Right of Withdrawal
The customer / business customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer") is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us:

by means of a clear declaration (for example by letter, e‑mail, or via a support ticket) that the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract.
Using the model withdrawal form set out below is optional and not a requirement.
The withdrawal period is deemed observed if the customer sends the withdrawal declaration before the 14‑day period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from the contract, all payments already received for eligible services – excluding domain registrations, renewals and transfers – will be refunded in the form of account credit to the customer’s NextSolutions account.
This credit will be issued without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the withdrawal notice is received.
No cash refund or payout to a bank account or external payment method will be made; the refund is granted exclusively as account credit, which can be used for future services with NextSolutions.
Domain‑related services (in particular registrations, renewals and transfers) are non‑refundable and are excluded from withdrawal and credit once the order has been submitted to the respective registry.
If the customer has requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, the customer must pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the share of services already rendered up to the time the customer informs us of the withdrawal, compared to the total scope of services agreed in the contract.
